5 – ACQUISITION OF PRODUCTS

5.1 Payment Conditions and Methods, Delivery Time

If you are under 18 years of age, you may only use our features and purchase our products with the participation of your parents or guardians.

Any fees corresponding to shipping costs will be added to the product value.

5.2 DELIVERY CONDITIONS.

We only deliver our products within the national territory. In order to ensure the integrity of our standards, we believe it is important to remember that your order will only be delivered to a person over the age of 18, with identification documents.
This person can be you, the doorman of your condominium or someone over the age of 18 who is at your home at the time of delivery. We will not deliver the product to neighbors or passers-by.

By the same logic, we need the recipient to be able to check the products included in the order at the time of delivery. V – missing invoice; or

The order will not be delivered if the above-mentioned delivery rules are not met. In this case, your order will be returned to our distribution center. If you still wish to receive the order after it has been returned, you will need to pay for shipping again, okay?
